What You Will Do Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families. Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions. Qualifications: Qualifications Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted Preferred Qualifications BSN preferred. Additional Information Henry Ford St John Hospital’s Emergency Department is a 100-bed unit consisting of Adult Emergency (75 beds), Pediatric Emergency (13 beds), and the Behavioral Health Observation Annex (12 beds). We are a fast-paced unit consisting of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, ER Techs, and Paramedics.
