Located in the heart of Greenwich, Sage + Sound is a wellness destination that offers a variety of curated programming, products, and self-care services aimed to elevate one’s well-being by enabling individuals to explore and simplify their own self-care routine while engaging with others who have the same goal. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for health and wellness enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience to our customers. We currently have openings for part-time, full-time and lead/keyholder roles. What you will do: Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service. Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. Introduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service steps. Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary. Book service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classes. Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assisting and offering guidance to fellow Wellness Guides when necessary. Work in back‑of‑house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized. Support the planning and execution of in‑store special events. Participate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc. Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM to include customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior). Participate in learning and development activities. About You Retail or hospitality experience a plus, but not required. Beauty / wellness experience a plus, but not required. Shopify experience preferred, but not required. MindBody experience preferred, but not required. Possess strong sales skills. Willingness to give and receive feedback on improving the store environment and customer service. A can‑do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed. A team player and self‑starter who thrives working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
