Facility This well-established hospital-based facility provides comprehensive neurosurgery services in an inpatient setting. The facility utilizes EPIC for EMR/documentation and offers strong collaboration with an employed neurosurgery NP to ensure seamless patient care. Opportunity Physician Assistant (PA) - Neurosurgery Job Details Locum engagement covering 40 hours per week beginning mid-December 2026 through at least April 2027 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with no call coverage required 100% inpatient practice setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations Provide post-procedural daily care for neurosurgery patients Facilitate patient and family communication and education Collaborate closely with one employed neurosurgery NP EMR/Documentation performed using EPIC Board certification required Active Virginia license required - providers who need to obtain will not be accepted Active ACLS and BLS certifications required Active DEA required Clean background with no malpractice or license issues - no exceptions Estimated credentialing timeframe of 120 days Approved travel reimbursements include airfare, rental car, lodging, and mileage at IRS rate Compensation Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. #J-18808-Ljbffr
