Occupational Therapist Yuba City, CA Specialty: Rehab Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1985 - $2391 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? Join our healthcare partner in Yuba City, CA, where your expertise will help improve patients' independence in daily living skills. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Your role will involve evaluating patients, developing and updating individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance patients' quality of life.
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Need 1 year experience in setting
