This position is responsible for the daily marketing and establishing of new corporate membership sales; as well as, coordinating health fairs, open enrollments and corporate partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and follow up of new corporate accounts.
• Responsible for self-lead generation, calls and prospecting for new Corporate accounts
• Plan and help implement various health promotion services.
• Develop and present monthly membership, participation and financial information.
• Provide a profit and loss summary for health promotion services
• Respond to corporate members to actively pursue wellness
• Attends all staff and club meetings and events
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Works to develop new programming and services for corporate accounts.
• Works closely with retention department to ensure high participation in the fitness center.
• Ensures that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Develop working relationships in the Fort Collins community.

• Provide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectives
• Develop and build a team atmosphere among staff and department
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints

Job Requirements: 

• Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays if needed
• Ability to work well with others
• Customer service abilities
• Knowledge of the health club / gym industry
• Sales experience not required but helpful

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking
