Your Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support residents during meals and social activities
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold a caring environment
Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Ohio CNA certification
