In this role, you will utilize your expertise with the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) model and will specifically employ the Psychological Processing Analyzer (PPA) program to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments. What we’re looking for:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and required state licensure
• Proficiency with the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) assessment approach
• Experience administering and interpreting results from the Psychological Processing Analyzer (PPA)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Previous experience in school settings supporting diverse student populations

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychoeducational evaluations using the PSW model and PPA program
• Interpreting assessment results and compiling clear, actionable reports
• Collaborating with IEP teams, teachers, and parents to develop effective support and intervention plans
• Providing crisis intervention, counseling, and other support services as needed
• Staying current with best practices in school psychology
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation
