Bartender

We are hiring Bartenders for our rooftop bar and lounge.

What you'll do

• Execute the cocktail program with speed, consistency, and precision
• Serve guests seated at the bar with the same attentiveness as a dining section
• Work high-volume evening and late-night service, including Golden Hour and weekend brunch
• Maintain accurate pours, proper glassware, and presentation standards on every drink
• Manage bar setup, prep, garnish production, and closing procedures
• Handle par levels, restocking, and communicating shortages to management
• Enter orders accurately in Toast and process payments
• Support private events and buyouts alongside the events team
• Verify ID and serve responsibly in compliance with New York State ABC law

What we're looking for

• 2+ years bartending in a full-service restaurant, bar, or hotel
• Strong classic cocktail knowledge and comfort executing a spec-driven menu
• High-volume experience; rooftop, hotel, or event-driven venues a plus
• Toast POS familiarity preferred
• Evening, weekend, and late-night availability required
• NYC Food Protection Certificate and alcohol service training a plus

Compensation

• Hourly base plus tips
• Schedule determined based on venue needs, part-time to full-time depending on volume
