We help our motivated team members to advance quickly through the company and become Take 5 leaders who earn salaries and bonuses!/ppWhat our assistant managers love about Take 5:/pulliEarn up to $15.00 - $18.00/hour with our competitive base pay rates weekly bonuses/liliFree oil changes!/liliFull-time employees get paid time off/liliHealth, vision, dental insurance/lili401(k) company match for all employees/liliIndustry and company paid training We invest in you so you can gain more momentum in the industry by expanding your knowledge/skills set!/li/ulpAs an Assistant Shop Manager (ASM) you will:/pulliProvide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed/liliAssume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Managers absence/liliRun the floor (making sure each employee is where they need to be, ensuring everything has been checked on each vehicle, and every customer is satisfied before they leave)/liliPerform opening and closing procedures/liliAssist with counting and adjusting inventory/liliTrain new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way/liliDrain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary/liliRestock and maintain inventory levels on the floor/liliMaintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness/li/ulpAll our crew members need to meet the following requirements:/pulliMust be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds/liliMust be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3 deep pit to position yourself safely under cars/liliMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning/liliMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary/liliMust have reliable transportation to and from the shop/li/ulpPosition Location: Ohio/ppCompensation Range: $13.25 - $19.00/ppCompensation Frequency: Hourly/ppBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
