As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy: Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio: Allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement Career Growth: Free continuing education and advancement opportunities About This Client & Case: Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Client: Larger adult male who uses a walker and requires hands-on assistance with mobility and daily activities Mobility & Safety: Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safely navigating the home using a walker Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Daily Support: Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and engagement in activities the client enjoys Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable and physically capable of providing hands-on mobility assistance to a larger individual As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need: Minimum 3 months ofcaregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week CNA certification preferred, but not required Comfort and experience with mobility assistance, ambulation, and transfers Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and insurance Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives, helping them stay safe at home while preserving their dignity, privacy, and independence?
