Job Description A premier contract manufacturing leader in Palm Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Product Quality Laboratory Manager - Industrial Chemistry (IC) Lab to direct daily QC operations. In this 100% onsite role, you will lead testing, color matching, and disposition for Cosmetic, OTC, and Nutrition product lines while driving strict FDA and GMP compliance. Job Summary Job Description A premier contract manufacturing leader in Palm Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Product Quality Laboratory Manager - Industrial Chemistry (IC) Lab to direct daily QC operations. In this 100% onsite role, you will lead testing, color matching, and disposition for Cosmetic, OTC, and Nutrition product lines while driving strict FDA and GMP compliance. location: West Palm Beach, Florida job type: Permanent work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead daily QC lab operations for raw material and bulk testing, standard management, and product release. Execute precise color matching, color evaluation, and batch adjustment recommendations for production lines. Oversee Out For Approval (OFA) color programs, driving right-first-time results and converting accounts to in-house release. Maintain 100% lab equipment calibration, verification, and maintenance compliance. Lead investigations for OOS/OOT, deviations, NCRs, and CAPAs while maintaining FDA, GMP, and GLP standards. Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory staff to ensure high-throughput execution and reliable testing turnaround. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years equivalent hands-on testing/release experience). Direct experience in raw material and bulk product testing, disposition, and release. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in color matching and color evaluation. Supervisory or team leadership experience in a GMP, FDA, and GLP-regulated laboratory environment. Preferred Direct background in contract manufacturing (CDMO/CMO) supporting Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals.
