What You’ll Be Part Of You’ll join a collaborative team that plays a key role in managing and supporting government-funded programs. At the center of it all, you’ll help ensure agreements, contracts, and funding activities are executed smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. This is a role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will truly matter. What You’ll Be Doing Here’s a high-level overview of how you’ll contribute: Support the full lifecycle of contracts—from proposal coordination through closeout Help manage contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation for government-funded programs Track key milestones, funding activity, deliverables, and reporting deadlines Partner across teams to coordinate contract actions and provide status updates Maintain organized, compliant documentation aligned with federal and internal requirements Assist with invoicing coordination, reporting, and contract modifications Contribute to clear, accurate contract-related communications What Success Looks Like You’ll be someone who: Brings strong organization and attention to detail to everything you do Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving pieces Communicates clearly and works well across diverse teams Applies sound judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations Stays proactive and adaptable as priorities shift Evaluates cost proposals Prepares clear cost analysis and negotiation memoranda Manages multiple contracting actions and competing deadlines What You Bring 2–5 years of experience supporting federal contracts, grants, or similar agreements (required) Demonstrated cost analysis experience on federal agreements (required) Demonstrated ability to evaluate cost proposals, prepare clear cost analysis and negotiation memoranda, and manage multiple contracting actions and competing deadlines (required) A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education (required) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel, SharePoint, and Word) (required) Comfort managing multiple projects and competing priorities (required) U.S. citizenship (required) Knowledge of the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) (encouraged) Consortium-model contracting (preferred) Work Environment & Flexibility Fully remote with regular virtual collaboration Occasional travel for meetings, workshops, or program activities A team-oriented environment where communication and responsiveness are key Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a contracts role—it’s an opportunity to be part of meaningful, mission-driven work while building strong relationships across sectors.
