Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00/hr. on W2 Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of machining experience with CNC lathes and/or mills , OR vocational/machine shop training + 1 year CNC experience .
- Hands-on experience setting up CNC machines, lathes, mills, or machining centers .
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, comparators, and indicators.
- Experience with production inspection, quality checks, and maintaining production counts/records .
- Comfortable working in a team/cellular manufacturing environment .
- Able to lift approximately 60 lbs repeatedly .
- Experience with process improvement is preferred.
- Additional exposure to NDT, mass finishing, injection molding, or polishing is a plus.
