Quality Engineer (Genesys Cloud CX)
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: Long term
Rate: $ 70-80/hr

The Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality, automation, and deployment standards across the Genesys Cloud platform. This role will design and implement automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure reliable, repeatable, and scalable deployments. The engineer will partner with development, AI, and platform teams to validate new capabilities, reduce deployment risk, and improve overall platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated testing frameworks for Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Create and execute automated regression, functional, integration, and deployment validation tests.
• Implement and support end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for build, test, approval, and deployment processes.
• Establish configuration-as-code and deployment automation standards across Genesys Cloud environments.
• Validate integrations, workflows, policies, AI capabilities, and platform enhancements before production release.
• Support testing and quality assurance for AI initiatives, including virtual agents, Copilot capabilities, MCP integrations, and automation use cases.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational reliability practices to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to identify quality risks and continuously improve deployment processes.
