Warehouse Operations Team Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our team at Wayfair Cranbury for the 2nd Shift (Sun-Wed 7pm-5:30 am). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, overseeing data entry tasks, managing team punches, as well as coordinating the unloading/loading of trucks, palletizing, staging freight, and ensuring a smooth shift changeover. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Proficiency in computer literacy and data entry Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Forklift certification preferred Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational goals Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Collaborate with the day shift team to facilitate a seamless transition Communicate effectively with team members and management Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions Assist in training and onboarding new team members If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for operations and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this Warehouse Operations Team Lead position.
