About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People Group Business Partnership to serve as a strategic, executive leader in the execution of the organization's global human capital strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, leading the people-related aspects of M&A activities, and ensuring the development and implementation of enterprise-wide HR policies and programs. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. The VP will also be tasked with fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting company values, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Key responsibilities for the VP of People Group Business Partnership at the company include strategic HR leadership, global business partner leadership, and talent management. The role demands an individual with exceptional strategic agility, the ability to build strong partnerships at all levels, and a proven track record in driving results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and relevant professional certifications. They should possess expertise in global HR practices, M&A integration, organizational design, and change management, as well as strong communication, influencing, and data-driven decision-making skills. The VP will be a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness across multiple regions and business segments.
