Outpatient Family Medicine Physician opportunity in Waukesha, WI at a newly re-opening clinic with a fresh operational launch Solo provider practice with strong support structure and access to a larger clinic call group Provide comprehensive primary care services with on-site lab capabilities Manage an average of 16–18 patients per day with a focus on quality, patient-centered care Flexible schedule of 4 days per week, including 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours After-hours call limited to your own patients Monday–Thursday, with shared weekend call rotation (approximately 1:8) Join a beautiful, newly updated facility designed to support efficient and modern care delivery Opportunity to build and grow your own patient panel in a community-focused setting Open to new graduates; mentorship and onboarding support available Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently for a period of time Commercial payor mix with opportunity to establish long-term patient relationships. Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning. Lead and actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
