Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Specialist to join our team. The Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and a proven track record of meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and meeting production goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on production progress and address any concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to improve production processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in any manufacturing position
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
