HR Generalist

The Opportunity: We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Maintain and update HRIS, personnel files, and benefit records Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Partner with department managers to support performance reviews, training, and development Ensure compliance with federal and Massachusetts employment laws Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs Assist with payroll processing, attendance management and timekeeping systems. Employee conflict resolution management. Company policy and rule compliance management.
