Financial Outlook Revenue-Based Pay: Receive 27% of the total linehaul revenue. Expected Weekly Gross: $1,500 – $2,000 on average. Per Diem: $300 weekly (non-taxed) to optimize your net income. Additional Compensation: $40 for each tarped load, $16 hourly for detention (after hour 2), and $50 for layovers (after 24 hours). Operational Highlights Time at Home: Home every weekend for consistent rest. Modern Equipment: Operate late-model automatic Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Lane Predictability: Regional routes averaging 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week. Freight Characteristics: Steel products requiring securement; tarping required on roughly half of all loads. Safety Record: No Clearinghouse violations and no DUI/DWI convictions within the previous five years. Screening: Must successfully complete a pre-employment urine drug analysis.
