Forbright Bank is seeking a hands-on, player-coach Director of Portfolio Management to lead its Real Estate Finance portfolio-management function, managing a nationwide portfolio of performing CRE loans and developing portfolio-management professionals. The Director will build borrower relationships, monitor credit and market risks, and drive reporting, analytics, and early-warning capabilities using technology, data, automation, and AI.
