Team Lead Commercial Cleaner

Overview Eldorado Cleaning is hiring for a Fun & Hard Working Lead cleaning technician. (Cleaning of offices, apartment turnovers, post construction, moveouts, NO general residential!) Will always work with a crew, will never be cleaning alone. Responsibilities Manage team and their time; drive to job sites; ensure all supplies are available for the day. Work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively with team members and other staff; thrive in a fast-paced environment; contribute to a fun, respectful workplace. Provide leadership and organization to cleaning crews to ensure quality work and on-time completion. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to drive the work vehicle. Ability to pass a background check. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Detail-oriented with a desire to succeed; able to work without supervision when needed.
