Seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our close-knit dental practice. This role is ideal for a dental professional who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, delivering high-quality comprehensive care, and working alongside a supportive, collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing comprehensive dental care to patients of varying ages, including exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments
• Diagnosing oral health conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans
• Performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
• Reviewing patient dental and medical histories to guide treatment decisions
• Reading X-rays and other diagnostic images to assess oral health
• Administering local anesthesia and monitoring patient comfort throughout procedures
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
• Referring patients to specialists when advanced or specialized care is needed
• Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth patient care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date treatment records in dental practice software
• Following sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with regulations
• Staying current on new techniques, materials, and best practices in general dentistry

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active, valid dental license in good standing as required by the state of practice
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent communication skills with patients and coworkers
• A patient, empathetic approach that helps put patients at ease
• Comfort using dental practice software and diagnostic imaging systems
• A professional approach to patient confidentiality and safety
• CPR certification, as required
