Join a leader in construction equipment dealerships and rentals where every expertly serviced machine helps communities rise—roads, schools, hospitals, and more. As an experienced Equipment Mechanic/Technician, you’ll keep compact equipment mission-ready and customers confident.

• Own daily inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime
• Pinpoint issues and repair all major systems on compact equipment, with primary focus on the dealer’s flagship line
• Carry out rebuilds and full overhauls when components reach end of life
• Apply welding skills to deliver durable, safe repairs
• Partner closely with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Contribute on additional priorities as assigned by the Supervisor

• 3+ years of heavy/compact equipment service (skid steers, excavators, etc.)
• Strong foundation in diagnostics, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting
• Self-starter with exceptional organization, energy, composure under pressure, and solid computer skills

• Make/model-specific manufacturer training
• Paths to ASE, Powerfluid Society, and OEM certifications
