The job duties include legal research, preparing pleadings, strategizing defenses to claims, drafting briefs and legal memoranda, conducting all aspects of discovery including e-discovery, motions practice, providing legal advice to clients, court appearances, and trial and appellate work. Providing or receiving mentorship while working closely with other attorneys in the Unit and Section.
