Senior Accountant

TE Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution company that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in managing and guiding the company’s financial operations. What You’ll Be Doing: Own core general accounting functions including cash, AR, fixed assets, expense reporting, and overall GL activity Lead month-end close and assist with quarterly/year-end processes Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account accruals Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy across all accounts Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning Build reports and provide insights on trends, variances, and cost drivers Assist with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis tied to business initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations What They’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA or working toward it is a plus Strong understanding of month-end close and GL processes Experience with AR/AP workflows Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Someone who can pivot in a fast-paced environment and take ownership Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Why It’s a Good Role: High visibility with leadership Opportunity to grow and expand skillset Stable but evolving environment where you can make an impact Solid benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) with match, and PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
