Case Manager Location: Albany, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Range: $100K to $120K annually We’re hiring a Case Manager to help individuals move forward by connecting them with the services and care they need. You’ll work in an office-based role supporting people who face complex challenges—whether that involves housing, behavioral health, or medical care—and play a key part in improving long-term outcomes.
