Adapt at assisting payroll manager with accurate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining payroll records across multiple entities. Collaborative team member who closely with HR and accounting to resolve payroll discrepancies, manage employee data, and support timely and accurate payroll cycles. Key Responsibilities/pulliManage and audit ADP Time Attendance data to ensure accurate hours, overtime, PTO, and holiday pay./liliMaintain payroll records for employees across multiple states including California, Florida, and Texas./liliEnsure compliance with state wage and hour laws, including California meal and rest break regulations./liliReview payroll registers and perform pre and post payroll audits to verify accuracy./liliProcess new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay/liliManage payroll deductions including benefits, garnishments, taxes, and voluntary deductions./liliRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner./liliAssist with quarterly and year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and audits/liliMaintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulli35 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in property management or multi-entity environments/liliHands-on experience with multi-state payroll processing/liliExperience managing multiple company codes or legal entities/liliStrong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements/liliProficiency with payroll systems and Excel/liliHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills/liliAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion/liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExperience with property management payroll (hourly, salaried, on-site staff)/liliKnowledge of common payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforcenow, Enhanced Time)/liliCPP or FPC certification (or progress toward certification)/liliAccounting or HR background/li/ulpWork Environment/pulliFully in-office position/liliStandard business hours with additional hours during payroll cycles and year-end/li/ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer.
