Senior Healthcare Facility Operations & Projects Manager

Facility Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager / Service Order Manager to lead operations and maintenance for a healthcare and research facility. You will act as the operational leader in the CMMs absence and oversee corrective maintenance and service orders while coordinating a diverse team. This role requires managing SRM projects, funded task orders, and IDIQ construction, developing schedules and budgets, and ensuring contract performance meets government #J-18808-Ljbffr Facility Services Management Inc.
