Warehouse Operations Manager

Plumbing & HVAC Project ManagerCommercial and industrial Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager responsible for managing projects from contract award through completion. This role will oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractors, field personnel, customer communication, project documentation, change orders, billing, and profitability while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.Manage multiple commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC projects simultaneouslyReview construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirementsDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsCoordinate material procurement and vendor activitiesCoordinate with customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnelMonitor project costs, billing, change orders, and profitabilityProvide direction and support to project foremen and field crewsAttend project and coordination meetingsTrack project progress and resolve scheduling, material, labor, and field issuesMaintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycleEnsure quality and safety requirements are maintainedManage project closeout activitiesMaintain strong customer relationships and support customer satisfactionIdentify potential project risks and develop solutionsEnsure projects remain on schedule and within budget5 or more years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing and/or HVAC project managementStrong understanding of commercial construction practicesAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExperience with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost controlExperience managing change orders and project billingExperience coordinating with general contractors, customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field crewsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems and installation practicesStrong communication, organization, and problem solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with construction or project management softwareAbility to work effectively with project foremen and field teamsProject management, construction management, plumbing, HVAC, or related certifications are a plus but not necessarily mandatoryMedical insurance401kVacation/PTO
