Company Overview Our client is a multispecialty outpatient surgical center located in Albuquerque, NM. This state-of-the-art, multispecialty facility performs procedures in ENT, General Surgery, Dental and Oral Surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, and Urology. There are 8 ORs and 1 treatment room. Job Summary Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. Responsibilities and Expectations Daily operation of the facility. Serve, along with any appointed committee, as a liaison between the governing board, the medical staff, and all departments of the facility. Report pertinent activities concerning the facility to the governing board at regular intervals. Appoint a person responsible for the facility in the absence of the administrator.
