The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient medical records, ensuring proper documentation, organizing patient files, and ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The candidate will also work closely with physicians and medical staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information is maintained.
