Transaction Tax Manager/Director — Growth & Deals
CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen)
CLA is seeking a Manager/Director in Transaction Tax to lead tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, and advisory engagements for acquisitions and dispositions. You will manage client relationships, mentor team members, and collaborate with SALT, International, and Federal Tax Solutions groups. CPA is required; JD/EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
