Schedule:

4x10 hour shifts, 7:00am – 5:30pm

Estimated Weekly Pay:

$2,490 – $2,670

Availability:

No weekends, holidays, or on-call required

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR Tech or Surgical Technologist with cardiovascular procedures (ablation, Watchman, device implants)

Active New Jersey licensure

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Flu vaccination required (no declinations accepted)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures including ablations, Watchman device placements, and cardiac device implantations

Set up, prepare, and manage sterile instruments, implants, and cardiovascular equipment for procedures

Maintain sterile field and adhere to all perioperative safety and infection control protocols

Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, perfusionists, and the perioperative team to support optimal patient outcomes

Perform instrument counts, equipment checks, and ensure proper handling of specialized cardiac devices

Provide high-quality patient care during the perioperative process and support turnover efficiency in the CVOR
