Learn more about our benefits.**Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Development****Location:** onsite in Santa Clara, CA**Role Overview**The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Development will play a critical role in evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic initiatives, investments, investor communications and partnerships. This position combines rigorous financial analysis, cross‐functional diligence, and senior‐level communication to support high‐impact corporate decisions.**Key Responsibilities*** Build and maintain **integrated deal execution models**, including sensitivity analyses and clearly articulated investment rationales to support project review and decision‐making.* Prepare **senior decision‐maker–level materials** that clearly communicate project‐level opportunities, risks, assumptions, and value drivers.* Partner with company‐wide cross‐functional teams (finance, legal, operations, technology, strategy) to incorporate **comprehensive diligence** into project value‐creation outcomes.* Provide **analytical and research support** to the Chief Economist, including data preparation and aggregation, macroeconomic and industry analysis, and development of presentation materials.**Qualifications*** Deep expertise in **financial modeling and accounting**.* Prior experience in **equity research or investment banking** or public accounting strongly preferred.* Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering and/or Finance/Economics*** Strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and ability to synthesize & communicate complex information for executive audiences.Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times. This includes demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct reflecting Applied Materials' core values.**Additional Information****Time Type:**Full time**Employee Type:**Assignee / Regular**Travel:**Yes, 20% of the Time**Relocation Eligible:**NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
