• Own interaction with cross-functional stakeholders required to develop a supply plan
• Participate in S&OP planning meetings
• Gather, analyze and incorporate external inputs to further improve accuracy and completeness of constrained supply plan
• Own review of disaggregated short-term plan which includes SKU/location mix as well as weekly pacing
• Provide finalized detailed supply plan by SKU in IBP to generate the Planned Orders for production in SAP
• Own demand-supply imbalance issue resolution activities by collaborating with Demand Planning Analyst to resolve, as required
• Share reports, KPIs and dashboards with Senior Manager of Supply Planning
• Serve as a single contact for all demand and supply imbalance issues within assigned area
• Work closely with Loveland Products manufacturing and 3rd party vendors to ensure on time production

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 3+ years of relevant supply planning or business forecasting experience required
• Strong background in SAP or SAP S4/IBP preferred
• APICS CPIM certified or similar accreditation a plus
• Ability to understand, predict and enhance supply chain processes

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Deerfield, IL, is between $57,000 - $90,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.Details will be discussed through the application process.
