Ultrasound Technologist

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• Acute care experience
• Experience with stress echoes, bubble studies, Definity contrast studies, and general transthoracic echoes

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Standard hours: 40 per week
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 6 weeks
• On-call requirement: 1 weeknight call shift per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks
• Floating required for bedside inpatient scans
• May float to an offsite clinic with advance notice and training
• Response time while on call: 1 hour
