Physical Therapist Assistant I Employment Type: Full-time As a Physical Therapist Assistant I , you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to execute treatment plans for homebound patients. Document patient progress, strength, ROM, balance, and functional mobility using objective measures. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and the rehab team to coordinate care. Conduct discharge planning and make referrals for ongoing services as needed. Degree from an approved Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant License. Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR. Valid Maryland Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Experience: 1+ year in clinical care (acute, subacute, or home health preferred). Knowledge of infection control and emergency preparedness. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
