One-on-One Home-Based Mental Health Peer Support Specialist

Thryve Teams

Thryve Teams in New York is seeking dedicated Peer Support Specialists to guide individuals through mental health challenges, often meeting clients in their homes or public spaces to ensure accessibility. You will provide one-on-one support, help clients set goals, and develop coping skills while maintaining client confidentiality. You will collaborate with social workers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress, and apply crisis intervention when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thryve Teams
