Responsibilities Customer service-oriented multitasker for our fast-paced environment to greet/check-in clients. Answer phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate department. Perform lots of daily cleaning and assist our busy team of sales consultants. Greeting and assisting customers. Answering multiline phone system. Directing calls to the correct department/person. Taking messages or directing calls to voicemails/cell phones. Paging extensions/people over the intercom. Cashiering customers from parts, service, and finance. Handling cash, check, and charge transactions. Helping other departments with various projects. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Assist with data entry and maintaining records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong proofreading and data entry skills. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers. Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
