Work Environment

You will work in a bustling rehabilitation center located in Moreno Valley, California, where the focus is on creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both team members and patients. You will enjoy a weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, including evaluation of medical history, current condition, functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop customized plans of care based on assessment findings, ensuring that each plan is actionable and engaging for the patient.
  • Educate patients on their condition and therapy methods, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment to the rehabilitation process.
  • Implement treatment plans that include manual therapy techniques, progressive exercise regimens, and physical modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient response and clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care, contributing special insights from your area of expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population at Boost Energy Physical Therapy includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. You will work with a diverse group of patients, ranging from active athletes to older adults seeking to improve their mobility and quality of life. By tailoring your approach to suit each individual’s needs and circumstances, your interventions aim to enhance their overall function and well-being.

Qualifications

  • A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
  • A clean professional record, with no instances of disciplinary actions or board measures.
  • Proficient in orthopedic rehabilitation with at least three years of clinical experience in the field.
  • Expertise in manual therapy techniques, complemented by an understanding of the latest evidence-based practices.
  • Strong communication skills that foster patient engagement and educational interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
