Your Role:
As a Cosmetology Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of beauty professionals. You will lead engaging classes, share your expertise, and inspire students to master the skills required for a successful career in cosmetology. Your passion for teaching and commitment to student growth will create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that meet state educational standards.
- Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.
- Maintain an engaging classroom atmosphere while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in faculty meetings and faculty development workshops.
- Stay current with industry trends to provide relevant education to students.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Cosmetology State Teacher License.
- Proven experience in the cosmetology industry.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for teaching and commitment to student development.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
