AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Data Entry Clerk for a respected organization serving older adults in the Martinsville area. This is an in-office position and is not remote or field-based. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy administrative work, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Scan, organize, and attach documents to client profiles for electronic record management.
• Build and maintain accurate paper charts and client files.
• Enter and update client information across multiple database systems.
• Assist with data entry related to client intake, referrals, services, and community programs.
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness while maintaining confidentiality.
• Organize and file documents to ensure records are easily accessible.
• Support the administrative team with additional clerical duties as assigned.

• Previous data entry or administrative office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
