Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with treatments scheduled at 2 per hour and evaluations at 1 hour
• Deliver patient care Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, including up to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Raintree EMR
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another setting post-clinicals
• Ability to work a schedule that includes up to 2 evening shifts per week
• Willingness to complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
