$30.00–$40.00 per hour | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Overview

Joint Construction Staffing is a family-owned and operated Wisconsin construction staffing company dedicated to connecting skilled tradespeople with top residential and commercial contractors throughout Southern Wisconsin. We're currently hiring Experienced Masons with 3–6 years of experience who take pride in their craftsmanship, work safely, and are looking for steady, year-round employment. Whether your background is in residential masonry, commercial masonry, or both, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick, block, cultured stone, natural stone, and other masonry materials
• Build and repair chimneys, fireplaces, retaining walls, foundations, and structural walls
• Install brick and stone veneer
• Mix, spread, and finish mortar
• Read blueprints, plans, and layout drawings
• Repair and restore existing masonry structures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Work efficiently with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of masonry experience (residential, commercial, or both)
• Experience with brick, block, stone, or concrete masonry
• Ability to read construction plans is preferred
• Reliable transportation to jobsites throughout the Madison area
• Personal hand tools
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay & Benefits

• $30.00–$40.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
