Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Byram, NJ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior outpatient experience, although new graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing effective treatment plans to facilitate recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Adhere to clinic policies regarding overtime, requiring director approval prior to working additional hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
