Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Accredited Neurosurgery Residency Program completion
• Fellowship training is not required; however accredited spine neurosurgery fellowship completion is a plus
• Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification
