Job Description Job Description SWI Interiors is hiring! We're looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our woodworking and cabinet shop. This is a hands-on job where you'll help build cabinets and other wood products as part of our team. What you'll do: * Help build and assemble cabinets * Use tools and machines like saws and sanders * Cut and prep wood materials * Install hardware and parts * Sand and finish products * Read basic measurements and drawings * Help package finished products * Keep the shop clean and organized * Jump in and help wherever needed You may work in different areas depending on what projects we have going on. What we're looking for: * Experience is helpful, but not required—we're willing to train * Comfortable using tools (or willing to learn) * Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work * Able to lift materials and stay on your feet during the day * Shows up on time and has a good attitude * Willing to learn and be part of the team Bottom line: We want someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a team that builds quality products.
