Marketing Copywriter

This position on Benedictine's Support Center sales and marketing team develops compelling audience-focused, on-brand marketing content. This position is responsible for developing compelling, audience-focused content that supports the organization's marketing, branding and communication goals across long-term care services.

Responsibilities

• Writes and edits engaging content for a variety of channels, including, but not limited to brochures, rack cards and other sales materials, digital and print advertisements, flyers and direct mail pieces, email campaigns and landing pages.
• Translates complex senior living offerings (independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, short-term rehab) into clear, compassionate and audience-focused language.
• Oversees compliance with Benedictine brand guidelines, voice and style guides and proper identity usage. Participates and contributes to sales and marketing strategy development.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
• Performs other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 – 5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or related role

Salary Range

$33.65-$40.87 per hour
