Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with long-term care documentation, restorative programs, and mobility/transfer training preferred.
